Yauatcha operates two restaurants in London; in the heart of Soho and in the City, along with international locations in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, India, and in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Yauatcha’s menu offering, served throughout the day, is dim sum dominant cuisine. It is formulated under the ‘core and peripheral’ strategy, meaning traditionally there are about ten dim sum dishes that form the generic definition of what dim sum is all about. These are; shu mai, har gau, cheung fun, venison puff, sticky rice in lotus leaf, chicken feet, char sui bun, taro croquette, pan-fried turnip cake, and congee.
